Paul is a very professional and easy going, engaging, knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, energetic, positive and more. All of his music choices where motivating, his expert techniques and step by step explanations where easy to follow, his motivating language and overall class leadership was appealing, his program style from the start with warm-ups through the end with cool down and relaxation/yoga was so perfect. I especially like the paired down version he explained for every exercise and the variety of moves.

I just wanted you to know that because of you and your class I have been going to the gym 2-3x/wk for exercise and Zumba - I have lost a few pounds, but several inches, my clothes are all falling off (oops?), and the best is that I feel soooooooo much better.
